Cancellation Policy

When we schedule an appointment for you, we reserve that time exclusively for you.

Please understand that when you forget or cancel your appointment without giving enough notice, we miss the opportunity to fill that appointment time and others miss the opportunity to receive services  they need.

In the event that we do not receive the required notice, the following fees will be billed to you.

• Notification given at least 24 hours prior to your appointment will not receive any charges.
• Notification given less than 24 hours prior to your appointment will result in a 50% charge of the reserved service amount.
• Failure to show up for your appointment will result in a 100% charge of the reserved service amount.

Refund Policy For Products

Due to the nature of the products, purchases are not refundable. However, we are happy to do an exchange within 30 days of purchase if you are not happy with your products.

Please call 469.456.7548 to arrange your exchange. Shipping charges will not be refunded or exchanged. Shipping will be added to any exchanges.
